Kundalini Yoga

The ancient wisdom tradition we draw from is Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogiji. This practice has also been called the 'yoga of awareness' and it includes meditation, relaxation, breathwork, mantras, asanas, bandhas, one poined concentration, mudras, movement and rhythm - together creating a trance like state where you feel cozy and peaceful.

Benefits of yoga and meditation

Doing Yoga & Meditation creates emotional tranquillity, neutrality and physical grit so that you can tackle life's challenges with better focus and more energy. Yogic tools help you to connect with yourself, so you can access your inner wisdom and creativity. When life gets messy with complexity - do more yoga! It really can be that simple.

Who are we?

We are Siri Karta and Regina. We come from an international background, and we've spent plenty of time travelling around the world; together we cover a wide range of cultural and linguistic perspectives and insights. Our aim is to bring relief, relaxation and peace of mind to your workplace so that people at work can authentically thrive and be prosperous.

Our aim

A happy and healthy workplace is our main objective. We believe employees are the biggest wealth of a company, which is why it's vital to address the wellbeing and fulfilment of people. Desired outcomes like efficiency, creativity and better productivity stem from a wholesome environment. We help integrate a customised yoga and meditation schedule that best fits a company's existing framework.

How much yoga is enough?

It depends on how much yoga you can comfortably integrate in your routines. The purpose of yoga is to enhance your life, so it's important that your yoga practice works well with the rest of your life commitments and responsibilities. It's time you make for yourself, giving space for being rather than 'doing'.

Yoga is the union of the mind, body and soul.
